Wedding Weight Loss Week 4 - Loosing inches

Starting weight: 14st 4lb (200lb)
Ending weight: 14st 1lb (197lb)
Change: -3lb
Week 4 Target: 14st 2lb (198lb) Beat by 1lb!


A drop of 3lb this week means I beat this week's target :).

I walked nearly 10 miles over the week and am managing more wall pushups each time. I even managed a very short jog which I haven't been able to do since I put my pelvis out again back in the summer. I've had to throw out a pair of trousers and a skirt as they basically fell down when I moved...and need a belt for both my jeans (and am using the smaller of my hubby's ones that I couldn't get round me a few weeks ago). Really feel like I can do this!
